Alfresco Adventures
pricing and payment options can be tailored to your needs.
We offer pricing based on the base trip price and include
a per person service fee for the use of the Alfresco Adventures
trip planning and Trip Leader Services provided to you and
your group. The following table provides an outline of our
pricing strategy. Per-Person Fee percentages may vary based
on the individual trip base cost which may include discounts
provided by providers of transportation, accommodations
and guide services.
The table below lists estimated
pricing based on a groups leader booking their trip
exclusively through Alfresco Adventures and utilizing Alfresco
Adventures Trip Leader and Payment Services. Group leaders
who meet the minimum required "paid" participant
count will receive a full or partial complimentary trip.
The table below displays typical Group Leader Comp. numbers.

Groups who would like to use
Alfresco Adventures Trip Leader Services but utilize their
own Travel Agency and club or organization's treasury see

at the bottom of this page.
* Per-Person Fee is based on the
base price of complete trip package which includes travel,
accommodations, meals, service provider fees and guide services
where applicable.

Example 1: From
the table above, a trip with a $200 base price and 20 participants
would incur a per-person service fee of $30 making the trip
participant's price for the trip $230. The leader would
recieve a full complimentary trip and go on the trip free
of charge.
Example 2: From
the table above, a trip with a $1,000 base price and 15
participants would incur a per-person service fee of $100
making the trip participant's price for the trip $1,100.
Half of the base trip price, in this case $550, would be
complimentary trip for the leader. However with 20+ paid
participants the leader would recieve a full complimentary
trip and go on the trip free of charge.

Ala Carte Pricing and
Services - Alfresco Adventures can provide
your club or organization with many of our Trip Leader Services
and still allow your organization to handle it's travel
bookings independently as well as the finances for the trip.
